Stopped by after work to meet Cheryl and the team and ended up ordering blinds and window shades for the whole house, great service and easy install.

I was a little nervous about picking out window treatments for our new place but Pinnacle ended up making it really really simple. From the first visit they were friendly and not pushy at all. Randy came out to measure everything and he brought a bunch of samples so I could see the colors next to our walls and floors instead of just guessing from pictures online. He listened to what I wanted and helped me pick plantation shutters for the front rooms and motorized shades for the bedrooms. The price they gave me felt very fair compared to another quote I had gotten before. They kept in touch while everything was being made and let me know when the order was actually running ahead of what they first told me. On install day the crew showed up when they said they would and they worked fast but were still careful with my furniture and floors. They cleaned up after themselves and even wiped down the new blinds and shutters which I honestly did not expect. The motorized shades are my favorite because they are quiet easy to use and they block the afternoon sun that used to roast our living room. The shutters in the front of the house look like they were always supposed to be there and the whole place feels a lot more finished now. You can tell the quality is really solid and the measurements were right because everything lines up and there are no weird gaps. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the installers was polite patient and quick to answer when I had a question. I also liked that they gave honest opinions instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive thing which made me trust them more. Neighbors and friends have already commented on how nice the windows look and asked who did them. Based on my experience I would happily use Pinnacle Custom Window Coverings again for any future window projects and I have already told some family members about them. If you want people who actually show up do what they promise and leave you with beautiful window coverings this is a great choice in Brentwood.

Got shutters and a couple shades done at my place and they turned out real nice. Team was friendly and fast and the rooms look way better now.
